What to have ready
For a new air conditioner: the room dimensions, the ceiling height, which direction the windows face, and roughly where you want the outdoor unit to go.
For a repair: the brand, roughly how old the unit is, what it is doing wrong, and when the problem started. A short video of the noise or the fault code on the display saves a lot of time.
For a trade or project enquiry: quantities, models and delivery location, and we will come back with trade pricing and lead times.

Do you charge for a quote?
No. Phone quotes are free, and for most jobs the phone quote is accurate enough to book on. If a site visit is genuinely needed to quote, we tell you in advance whether it carries a charge.
Which areas do you cover?
We supply and service across Syria, and are expanding into neighbouring Arab markets. Call with your location and we will confirm coverage and timing.
