About us

About MTK

We manufacture air conditioners and we service them. Those two things are usually done by different companies, and that gap is where customers get stranded.

MTK split system indoor unit

One company, from the specification to the wall

The normal pattern in this market is that a unit is imported by one company, sold by a second, installed by a third and — when it fails — repaired by nobody, because the control board is a proprietary part that nobody stocks. The customer is left with an expensive object on the wall that cannot be fixed.

MTK is built the other way around. We specify the units that carry our name — the T3 climate class, the R32 charge, the inverter platform — and then we hold the spare parts, train the installers and run the service teams ourselves. When something goes wrong there is one number to call and the parts are already in the country.

How we work

Specification

Units are built to MTK specification and carry our model numbers and rating plates: T3 climate class, R32, inverter, reverse-cycle. We choose what goes on the plate.

Installation and service

Our own technicians install, maintain, repair and clean every type of air conditioning — residential, commercial and industrial — for MTK units and every other brand.

Parts held locally

Control boards, compressors, fan motors and capacitors kept in stock, so repairs are measured in days rather than import cycles.

Syria first, then the region

We supply across Syria today and are expanding into neighbouring Arab markets. Dealer and contractor enquiries are welcome.

The MTK technical team

The people who actually turn up

Our installers and service technicians are trained by the people who build the units, and they are our own staff rather than subcontractors picked up for the season.

That is why we can warrant workmanship, and why the person who arrives at your door can tell you what is actually wrong.

What we will not do

We will not top up a leaking system and call it a repair. We will not sell you a larger unit than your room needs because the margin is better. And we will not quote a repair on a unit that is not worth repairing — we will tell you to replace it and explain why.

That costs us some sales. It is also the reason our customers call us again.

Work with us

Whether you need one unit for a bedroom or a supply agreement for a project, start with a conversation.
