Why buy an MTK unit
Most air conditioners sold here are designed for mild climates and abandoned by their supplier the moment something fails. Ours are specified differently, and supported differently.
Heats as well as cools
Both models are reverse-cycle. The AC14K delivers 14,000 BTU/h of heat, the AC20K 20,000 BTU/h — by moving heat indoors rather than burning anything, which is cheaper than any electric heater.
Inverter, and efficient with it
The compressor varies its speed to match demand instead of switching fully on and off. Rated SEER 15.20 and SCOP 11.50 on the energy label, in the top band.
R32 refrigerant
R32 carries more heat per kilogram than R410A and has roughly a third of its global warming potential, so the system needs a smaller charge to do the same work.
Installation by our own technicians
A perfectly good unit installed badly will underperform and leak. Our installation teams do the pipework, vacuum and commissioning themselves, and the workmanship is warranted.

Specified for this climate, not adapted to it
Most air conditioners sold in this region were designed for a mild European summer and shipped here unchanged. MTK units are built to a T3 specification — the tropical climate class — which is tested at ambient temperatures a standard unit is never asked to handle.
That specification is what we buy on, and it is printed on every rating plate. Beyond the unit itself, we hold the service parts locally and our own technicians install and maintain them.

Installation
From a single wall split to a full VRF or chilled-water installation. Most air conditioner complaints are installation faults, not unit faults — our teams do the pipework, vacuum and commissioning properly, and we warrant the workmanship.
Repair & Maintenance
Not cooling, leaking water, tripping the breaker or making a noise it did not make last year? We diagnose the fault first and quote second, so the price you agree is the price you pay.
Cleaning
A fouled coil makes your air conditioner work harder, cool less and smell worse. A proper deep clean is the cheapest performance improvement available to any AC unit.

We confirm sizing or diagnose the fault
For a new unit we check the cooling load against the room. For a repair we identify the fault before quoting, so the price does not move afterwards.

We schedule the visit
A fixed appointment window and the name of the technician who will arrive, so you are not waiting the whole day.

We commission and hand over
Pressure test, vacuum, gas charge, and a running check in front of you. You get the warranty documentation before we leave.

Common questions
Is MTK the manufacturer or a distributor?
MTK is the brand. The units are built to MTK specification — the T3 climate class, R32 refrigerant and inverter control are ours to specify, and the rating plates and energy labels carry the MTK name and model numbers. We then handle supply, installation, maintenance, spare parts and warranty ourselves, which is the part that usually goes missing with an imported brand.
What size air conditioner do I need for my room?
As a rough guide, the MTK-AC14K (12,000 BTU) suits a room up to about 20 m² and the MTK-AC20K (18,000 BTU) up to about 30 m². Sun exposure, ceiling height, window area and how many people use the room all change the answer, so call us with the dimensions and we will size it properly.
Do you service air conditioners you did not supply?
Yes. Our maintenance, repair and cleaning teams work on every type of air conditioning from any manufacturer — wall splits, cassettes, ducted systems, floor-standing units, packaged units, VRF and central chilled-water plant.
Do you deliver and install outside Damascus?
Yes. We supply across Syria and are expanding into neighbouring Arab markets. Call us with your location and we will confirm coverage and lead time.
Do MTK units heat as well as cool?
Yes. Both models are reverse-cycle heat pumps. The MTK-AC14K produces 14,000 BTU/h of heat and the MTK-AC20K 20,000 BTU/h. A heat pump moves heat into the room rather than generating it, which makes it substantially cheaper to run than an electric heater of equivalent output.
